These Sautéed Sugar Snap
Peas are an easy weeknight side dish to make.  It literally took me 5 minutes and it is absolutely delicious.  I also love raw sugar snap peas dipped in hummus as a healthy snack.  I saw that they had sugar snap peas at the farmers market today too.  Enjoy!
Sautéed Sugar Snap
Peas
Ingredients
½ to 1 pound sugar snap peas
½  teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 
Add in sugar snap peas, salt and black pepper.
Serves 2 to 4.
